Cold Weather Work Gloves

There are several key factors to consider when selecting cold weather work gloves. First, determine what you are protecting against - pure cold, wind, snow, or water and the level of durability and flexibility you need. Outer shell, insulation and different materials provide various levels of protection. Keep in mind that "waterproof" in a stitched glove means it protects against rain or melting snow, but not against water if the glove is submerged or totally drenched. Using different gloves throughout your work day depending upon conditions may be your best choice.
