I just wanted to send an email to let you know what excellent customer service your representatives provide.
First I went online and placed my order. Once I had placed the order I realized I hadnt ordered the correct item.
I called customer service and the lady was very knowledgeable about the products and was able to get my order changed as well as my billing with no errors.
I received my order within 2 days.
A week later I called back to customer service to see if I could get a copy of my invoice that I had deleted and it was instantly emailed to my attention.
The representatives were friendly and very accomodating.

The boots are great, but the people at muckbootsonline.com are even better.
I bought a pair of Field Blazers, and the left boot leaked from day 1. I had already worn them outside by the time I figured this out, so I didn't expect I could return them. Instead I tried to repair them myself. When unsuccessful at the attempt to repair, I called Muckbootsonline and asked if they had any recommendations on how to fix them.
I wasn't asking to return them, since I am used to the hassle you would get from most retailers after wearing a boot.
Muckbootsonline said send them back, and we will test them. If they leak - it's an unusual defect, and we will send you a new pair.
A few days later I got a new pair, and they upgraded me free of charge to the Woody Sport. I love 'em. They fit perfect, are the most comfortable boot I have ever owned, and they do not leak a drop. Bye bye Lacrosse. I'm a Muck owner for life.
